
Even though he intentionally disobeys the US Constitution, i.e. imposing the eviction moratorium despite admitting it was unconstitutional, and was not legitimately elected president; Joe Biden is an American citizen.
The same cannot be said for his vice president Kamala Harris. Neither of her parents were US citizens when she was born. Her mother was an Indian citizen and her father was a Jamaican citizen. She grew up in Canada.
The only reason some consider Kamala a citizen is because they misinterpret the 14th Amendment to allow for birthright citizenship.
The 14th Amendment says:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
For some reason, supporters of birthright citizenship ignore the line “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” Because they were citizens of other countries, Kamala’s parents were not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, and neither is she.
Because she did not go through the proper naturalization process, Kamala Harris is not a legitimate US citizen. And neither are any of the other anchor babies in this nation.
